Online Visa Requirements :
- Copy of the front page passport containing the visa applicant’s biodata and the visa applicant’s signature specimen.
- Copy the last page of passport containing the visa applicant’s address.
- Attach “See Page 4” if there is any.
- Copy of Family Registered Certificate (Kartu Keluarga)
- The duration of the visa process is calculated after all the document requirements are fully received.
- For foreign passports cannot be processed in Indonesia but processed in the country according to the address of the passport.
- For business visas there must be an invitation on company letterhead from Dubai.
- There is no refund if there is a cancellation by the applicant or the visa is refused by the embassy.
- Success in obtaining a visa is the full authority of the Embassy.
- Visa prices and document requirements are subject to change without prior notice according to the Embassy.
